I'm Dee. I'm passionate about simple living, sustainability, and healthy lifestyles. I love sharing my knowledge and experience with others.

Simple Living
I have been learning and living a simple lifestyle for more than two decades. I focus on living a life that respects and honors the earth as much as I can. I make my own earth-friendly home cleaning products and body products from simple, non-toxic ingredients. I handcraft organic herbal tea blends. I grow herbs and vegetables in my garden. I budget, save, and avoid consumerism (it's a work in progress!).

Yoga + Meditation
I've been a yoga practitioner for over 20 years. I focus on the basics, breathing, and gentle movement. I've studied Hatha, Iyengar, Anusara, Vinyasa, and Restorative. I completed a 9-month, 108-hour Anusara Immersion with Kimber Simpkins in Berkeley, CA (2012). I completed a 6-month, 200-hour Yoga Alliance certified yoga teacher training at Namaste in Berkeley, CA (2015-2016) with these teachers: Vicki Russell Bell, Baxter Bell, Domonick Wegesin, Nubia Teixeira, and Ashley Sharp. In July 2019, I completed the Relax and Renew Restorative yoga training with Judith Hanson Lasater in San Francisco. In addition to my yoga studies, I have been practicing meditation in the Soto Zen tradition since 2004.

I deeply love health and healing through yoga, meditation, herbs, and natural DIY products. I love to garden, walk, swim, and play with kitties.
